The Big Over Easy: A Celebration of Brunch and a Fundraiser

The Big Over Easy is a new annual celebration of brunch in New Orleans. 

Held each year on the Saints by-weekend, this event brings together all of the ingredients that makes brunch one of our favorite past-times - good food, refreshments and music with friends. The Big Over Easy is also a fundraiser to support families dealing with the challenges that come with childhood cancer. We believe that there can be good that comes from having a good time together. 

Please join us for the first annual Big Over Easy celebration!

This family friendly event is set for Sunday, November 22 at The Rusty Nail (1100 Constance Street- Warehouse District).

Live entertainment includes performances by Peter Harris’ A Brunch Supreme, the Lagniappe Brass Band, and DJ Brice Nice. 

The Kids’ Tent by Margie Ayers will offer young brunch-goers fun games, activities, and face painting. Keeping in the theme of New Orleans, families can second line to the silent auction table where bidders will have a chance to take home restaurant & spa packages, Jazz Fest tickets, and original works of art.

Biscuit Pop-Up @ Arrow Cafe

Hello, friends! 

We hope you'll join us on Saturday for homemade buttermilk biscuits and lots of toppings! From 9am to 2pm we'll be serving up some old favorites (mustard-cheddar) and a couple new combinations inspired by fall. Hope to see you there! 

Ps- At our last pop-up all our biscuits were sold out before noon! We're making more, but get there early for the best selection. You don't want to miss out on Meyer Lemon ricotta now, do you?
