Port City Pantry is a small-batch baking company in downtown New Orleans. Inspired by Louisiana agriculture, we seek to create baked goods that allow the produce and products of our region to shine. We sell our treats at local coffee shops, host pop-up events, and have a few more exciting projects in the works!
We are honored to work with local farmers and makers, including Mauthe's Progress Dairy Barn, Acalli Chocolate, Press St. Garden, Stoney Point Farm, Louisiana Gold Honey Co., and La Canne Sugar.

Port City Pantry is the side-hustle of two good friends, Mia Reade Baylor (chef & photographer) and Kaitlin Bray (regional food system specialist & home cooking enthusiast).
